Welcome to Miss K Hair & Beauty. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and our website. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Appointments and Cancellations

Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. Please provide accurate contact information when booking.

Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service and continued no-shows will lead to a ban to the salon.

Late Arrivals: Please call the salon to let your stylist know you are going to be late, please remember we may have appointments after your booking, we allow between 10 to 15 minutes for late arrivals any longer than this will result in us asking you to cancel the appointment.

Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the specified notice period.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

Purchase and Use: Gift cards and vouchers can be purchased in the salon or online. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expiration: Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 12months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards and vouchers will not be accepted.
